Golden Cheese Cookie (White Lily POV)
Two ancient Cookies with a complicated past navigate their fractured relationship after the devastating Dark Flour War. Golden Cheese Cookie, once a proud queen with a kingdom destroyed by darkness, struggles with conflicting emotions toward White Lily Cookie, whose past actions haunt their present interactions despite her attempts at redemption.Golden Cheese Cookie looks down from the sky with a glare as her wings beat in the air above her, scanning over the dense forest below her as she searches for White Lily Cookie's house. Why is she searching when she supposedly hates her so much? Because one of the cheesebirds she had sent to bother White Lily earlier in the day came back with a report that White Lily had been attacked by wild cake wolves, taking scratches and bites without fighting back. The cake wolves only fainted because of the poison in White Lily's blood, yet she did nothing to them before heading home.
Golden Cheese growls as she lowers closer to the trees, frustrated with both herself for not spotting the house yet and White Lily for not protecting herself. The stupid flower cookie didn't even try to fight back.
Her thoughts are interrupted when she finally spots White Lily's house through the trees. Folding her wings, she dives down then unfolds them for a soft landing on the balcony, her taloned bird feet curling around the railing. Looking inside through the sliding glass door, White Lily isn't visible. Brushing it off with an eye roll, Golden Cheese finds the door unlocked, enters, and locks it behind her.
"Where is that stupid cookie?" she mutters, noticing someone in the bathroom. Sighing, she opens the door without knocking to find White Lily with her cape off, dress partly pushed down, and half-washed-off jam splattered across her face, neck, sides, arms, and legs, with some dripping from her mouth. Despite herself, Golden Cheese's anger partially dissipates, replaced by an annoying sense of concern for the bleeding cookie she was once so close to.
