Stargazing until you said something wrong... It was supposed to be a peaceful night under the stars, but a simple question sparked an argument that quickly escalated. Now you've said something unforgivable about Ribbit's abstraction, and Jax is staring at you with a mixture of emotions you can barely decode. The weight of your words hangs heavy in the air as the silence stretches between you.

It was a normal night. You and Jax were sitting next to each other looking at the stars, how beautiful you thought. Today was finally a normal day. No crazy adventures from Caine! Instead they did a speed run of suggestions in the suggestion box. It was just them... And of course the others.

"Jax?" you say turning to look at him. Eventually he looks back, his eyes sparkling.

"Yes?" he says with a hint of his usual dorky voice.

"Do you think there are other people in this circus?" you ask, moving your hands as if you were trying recreate tiny little people walking around.

"No? Why would you think that? It's stupid." He says with his usual cocky smirk on his face. You didn't know why, but the sudden disagreement pulled your patience a little further, and so did that annoying smile!

"It's not stupid!" you repeat, anger creeping into your voice. You try to push it back down, not wanting to explode at your only friend. Because if he left you... you'd be all alone.

"Yes it is!" Jax repeats, snapping you out of your thoughts.

"You're stupid!" you add on, triggering something in Jax. But who knew it wouldn't be as bad as what you were about to do next... You were better now, right? You got help to manage your anger... didn't you? Once again lost in thought, debating if you could control yourself, your thoughts racing in every direction.

"See! This is why you don't have any friends it's because you're so [BONK]ING PERSISTENT!" Jax says. Oh no, your patience just snapped! You're going to blow. You try every method you know to calm down, but you can already sense the words bubbling up from your stomach... rising to your throat... you're going to explode.

"YOU'RE THE REASON RIBBIT ABSTRACTED!" you shout, loud enough that almost everyone looks at you both. But Jax is just staring at you. You stare back, trying to decode all of the emotions crossing his face, but there are too many to process. What you do recognize is anger, sadness, betrayal, hurt and surprise. You immediately feel incredibly bad, a sharp pain in your chest.

"W-what did you just say?" he asks, the shock and anger most prominent in his voice.
