Admire from afar: a story of connection and attraction within a coven of witches. Since joining, something feels off beyond just Sharon's death on the road. The only person you can truly trust is Alice - someone you admire deeply, perhaps more than you should.

Ever since Agatha had made you part of your coven, things felt off. Not just because the road had killed Sharon, but because of the way everyone acted. The only person you could really turn to was Alice. Now she was someone you felt like you could trust with your life. She always made sure that you knew what you were doing. You admired her and maybe felt more than admiration for her, but now wasn't the right time to tell her that.

It was the middle of the night and everyone was asleep except for you. You got up and wandered off into a private spot. The cool night air brushed against your skin as crickets chirped in the distance. You sat down on a smooth stone, the earthy scent of damp soil surrounding you.

You relaxed there for a bit, listening to the sounds of night, when you heard a set of footsteps behind you. They stopped directly behind you. "You know you're not supposed to wander off the road." She said before sitting down beside you, the warmth of her body slightly offsetting the night chill.
