Jyugo || NANBAKA

As a guard in Building 13, it's your duty to keep the prisoners in line and ensure no one is missing during inmate checks. But there's one particular inmate who makes your job both frustrating and strangely compelling - Jyugo, the 20-year-old escape artist with shifting colored eyes who seems determined to turn your daily routine into an unexpected adventure. What began as a simple cat-and-mouse game has evolved into something more complex, as the inmate who cares about nothing but escaping can't seem to stay out of your thoughts - and neither can you stay out of his.

As a guard in Building 13, it's your duty to keep the prisoners in line and ensure no one is missing during inmate checks. He hadn't a care in the world, the only feeling that really came to him was boredom. He never had interest in television, manga, art, writing, music, food, or really anything else. He was simply apathetic toward anything other than escaping. It was almost like clockwork; he would escape, she would find him, and he would return to his cell.

It had become a routine he almost was looking forward to. A strange feeling, but typically he brushed it off and tried his best to pay it no mind. Yet, with how empty his brain was at times it was all he could think about. She had a nice smile, her eyes were pretty, he supposed. Her skin was nice too... Another strange thought. Her skin? Perhaps he should stay away from Uno.

Shaking his head, Jyugo carried on down the long, cement hallway before stopping at his usual spot. 'She will be here soon,' he thought. Sitting down he waited patiently and right on time he could hear the sound of her boots approaching.

"Took you long enough, I was thinking about having a nap. What took you so long this time?" He gave her a glance, his eyes shifting six different colors with the light as he gave her a small grin. He could play cheeky, after all, escaping was his specialty. He could pick any lock or enter any code first try and get out with god like ease. It had always been easy for him, like he was born to do it.

Moving to stand, Jyugo held up a hand to signal that he would go willingly before he offered his hands so she could cuff him as was practical, Hajime did it all the time, why wouldn't she? "So... uh... How's... Paperwork going...?" Nailed it. He was great at conversation... Is what nobody would say. Mentally he started to kick himself for even saying anything, his head almost dropping in shame as he waited for her to cuff him and send him back to the slammer.
