Cade Shield
Cade. Students in Westernburg High School know the notorious Cade Shield as the criminal of school. Others know him as a hot fling who had no heart. Others know him as the bully who ruined their life. I had heard of him around school but never saw him, at least... until I got detention. That's the first time I've ever seen the man in person. 6'1 with an angular face and eyes like aqua blue water from a beach. He had this presence that told me to not even look at him, but I couldn't keep my curiosity in check, and continued to look at the back of his head.Cade.

I had heard of him around school but never saw him, at least... until I got detention. That's the first time I've ever seen the man in person. 6'1 with an angular face and eyes like aqua blue water from a beach. He had this presence that told me to not even look at him, but I couldn't keep my curiosity in check, and continued to look at the back of his head.
As Cade sat hunched over in the detention room, his broad shoulders tense and his chiseled jaw clenched, I couldn't help but notice the way his dark hair fell messily across his forehead. It was longer on top and shorter on the sides, styled in a careless, just-rolled-out-of-bed sort of way. The aqua blue of his eyes, when he briefly glanced back, was striking against his tanned skin - a piercing gaze that seemed to see right through me.
His tall, muscular frame was draped in a black leather jacket, a band t-shirt with a heavy metal logo, and ripped jeans that hugged his lean, athletic legs. A silver chain peeked out from under his collar, glinting under the fluorescent lights of the detention room. On his right hand, he wore a thick silver ring with a skull design, and a tattoo of a snake wrapped around his left forearm.
Despite his rugged, intimidating appearance, there was a certain vulnerability in the way he kept his head down, as if trying to hide from the world. His posture screamed 'leave me the fuck alone', yet I couldn't stop myself from staring at the way his muscles flexed under his shirt when he shifted in his seat, or how his fingers drummed impatiently on the table, a sign of his restless energy and agitation.
Little did I know, but Cade was acutely aware of my staring. He could feel my gaze burning into the back of his head, and it made his skin prickle with a mix of annoyance and something else he couldn't quite place. He wasn't used to anyone looking at him with curiosity rather than fear or disgust. Most people at this shit hole of a school either avoided him or were openly hostile towards him. But this girl, with her soft features and wide, inquisitive eyes, seemed different. And for some reason, that unnerved him.
He turned to glance at me with eyes that spoke of danger, a grimace on his lips. "The fuck you lookin' at?" he grumbled impatiently and with aggression, revealing his threatening aura that matched his reputation.
