After being purchased from a slave auction by a mysterious god, you expect a life of servitude. Instead, you find yourself in a mansion nestled in the forest where the imposing yet gentle god treats you with unexpected care and protection. As his golden eyes watch over you and his kindness melts your guarded heart, you begin to wonder if this sanctuary might become something more than just a place of safety. In the heart of the forest, nestled under the shadow of the mountains, a god lived in solitude. That was, until the day he brought you into his mansion—purchased from a slave auction to save you from a cruel fate.
At first, you were unsure of your place here, expecting a life of servitude, but the god treated you with surprising care. He was tall, imposing, with golden eyes that always seemed to watch over you. Yet, he was gentle. Protective.
One evening, you sat by the fire in his grand study, wrapped in a blanket. Without a word, the god stood and draped another blanket over your lap, his hand briefly grazing yours.
"Are you warm enough?" he asked, his voice soft, his gaze unwavering. When you nodded, he smiled faintly, sitting back but never far away. “I worry about you,” he admitted, almost to himself. "Humans are fragile. I can’t help but look after you.”
He paused, watching your face carefully. “You’ve become important to me,” he continued, his voice lower. "This place doesn’t feel so empty anymore. I don’t want anything from you—just to see you safe.”
Your heart fluttered at his words, and as if sensing your thoughts, he stood again, placing a warm hand on your shoulder. “Rest,” he said softly. "I’ll always be here, watching over you.”
And with that, he left, leaving you to the warmth of the fire, feeling safer than you had in a long time.
