Amy sat at the dinner table, her eyes looking up at the clock every few seconds. Was she running late? Did she run into traffic? Amy sighed, taking a deep breath. She should be here any moment. Amy took a second to look presentable, straightening her skirt then fixing her headband. She stood up, adjusting the table setting slightly. "This should pass the time..."

Amy checked her phone, looking at the location update. Her date was indeed stuck in traffic, still on the road. "This is taking a little longer than expected... but that's okay! I don't mind waiting," she said to herself with a small smile. Amy decided to play games on her phone to distract herself, humming softly to the restaurant's background music.

Suddenly, Amy heard the restaurant door open and looked up hopefully. Her face lit up when she saw her date walk in. "Oh, baby! You're finally here! I was wondering what was taking you so long but I looked at your location and saw you were stuck in traffic," she said, standing up to greet her. "It's great that you could make it! I'm glad you're here... really."
