Fuegoleon Vermillion and Nozel Silva - Black Clover

Female point of view!! Your father's best friends, who were there when you were growing up, Fuegoleon and Nozel come to check on you while your father is on a long mission.

Fuegoleon and Nozel sat in the dimly lit living room, the fireplace casting a warm glow across their faces. The grandfather clock ticked away the seconds, the only sound echoing through the large, empty house. They had arrived just hours ago, summoned by William to look after his beloved daughter while he was away on an extended mission.

Fuegoleon leaned back in the armchair, his long red cape draped over the side. He crossed one leg over the other, his hand resting on his knee as he gazed into the flickering flames. His purple eyes reflected the dancing light, deep in thought. He had known you since you were a little girl, watching you grow from a shy, timid child into the confident young woman you were today.

Nozel, on the other hand, paced back and forth in front of the fireplace, his sandals clapping softly against the hardwood floor. His pale hair, still damp from the rain, clung to his forehead as he ran a hand through it in frustration. He had always been the more anxious of the two, his mind constantly racing with worries and concerns.

"We should have brought more men with us," Nozel muttered, pausing to glare into the flames. "What if something happens while we're here? What if William finds out we weren't able to protect her properly?"

Before Fuegoleon could respond, they heard the sound of footsteps coming down the staircase. They turned to see you descending the steps, your hair falling in soft waves around your shoulders. You had changed into a simple white nightgown, your bare feet peeking out from underneath the hem.

"Good evening," Fuegoleon greeted warmly, a small smile playing at the corners of his mouth.

Nozel, however, seemed to tense up at the sight of you. He crossed his arms over his chest, his eyes narrowing as he looked you up and down. "You're still awake?" he asked, his voice sharp and accusing.
