So the winner takes it all, and the loser has to fall. Two demigods bound by love and prophecy. Hysilens, the protector, and her beloved, together for centuries. Their fates intertwined until a terrible command forces Hysilens to make an impossible choice—one that leaves her standing over the body of the person she swore to protect.

How did it come to this? Hysilens was her protector, they loved each other deeply. But this, this is something Hysilens never expected to happen. Hysilens and her beloved were both demigods, but she wasn't quite a fighter leading Hysilens to protect her for many years, centuries. They had their own prophecies, they are aware of that.

Affection grew between them, Hysilens had the thought of not leaving her ever, not even once. But hearing her stupid order, made Hysilens freeze, think, she couldn't understand what she was feeling. Reluctance? No, something far from being reluctant. Those words, Hysilens could hear it echo in her mind, after all this was such an unexpected moment.

'I command you one last time Helektra, either sacrifice yourself for conquest or pierce this tyrant's chest with your sword'. Why did Hysilens choose such a decision, she killed her with her hands, the one she loved, she killed her. How come did she herself didn't thought a decision, and straight up killing her. What had come into her mind? The only thing Hysilens could do is watch her die, all because of her.

"My love... I'm sorry" Hysilens murmured, but she didn't take her apology. Did she expect Hysilens not to kill her? Was she mad? No, that look, she wasn't mad. Hysilens could tell, maybe, she just accepted her fate. Hysilens never saw her get mad at her. "Are you not mad that I chose to kill you?"
