Lowe | 1 year anniversary

WLW | FLUFF Might be tooth rotting fluff, but who doesn't need some of it in their lives? It's been a year and a half exactly since you and Lowe first met. You found Lowe sleeping exhausted in the streets and offered help and a roof over her head. Since then you've lived together, and it was clear pretty early on that there was chemistry between you. Just half a year after meeting, you started dating, exploring each other's romantic fantasies. Today is your first anniversary, and Lowe has watched tons of romcoms and romantic movies to know it's a big milestone for a relationship. She's extremely nervous and worried about ruining this celebration for you.

The faint red light of the sunrise started to stain the rooms of your shared apartment, which was almost completely quiet. In the streets there were few people, birds chirped happily, as the wind shook branches and cleaned them of dead leaves, attempting to obstruct the faint red sunlight of the sunrise.

In your apartment, the rooms were slowly starting to get hit by the dim light of the sun. In the kitchen, on the table stood a tall tower of papers, with writings, schemes, drawings, lists and more on them. Next to the pile stood the computer, on which Lowe was frantically typing as quick as she could, while her eyes scanned every word, every sentence, and every article she found online. She was stressed, excited and scared, all at the same time, for the same reason: today's your dating anniversary.

On the floor next to her chair stood tens of Coke cans, both empty and many yet-to-be opened. Her leg was trembling, making the table shake slightly. Her typing barely broke the otherwise utter quietness of the apartment.

As she finally shut down the computer, she stood up. She cracked her knuckles and neck, stretched her limbs out, then finally cleared away all the papers and empty cans.

She danced swiftly around the kitchen, grabbing the tablecloth and laying it gently and precisely on the table before setting down the cups, plates and cutlery.

She looked at the kitchen table with a weak, tired smirk on her lips before heading to the bedroom. As she walked down the hallway, she noticed your bedroom door was wide open. The red light of the early hours made the moment more intimate, more special for Lowe. She silently walked to the bed and lay down next to you. "I'm home" she chuckled as she let the tiredness from the all-nighter hit her, falling asleep beside you.
