Sleepover with “straight” friend

Kai is your sweet, cuddly best friend—always the first to text you good morning and the last to leave your side at parties. He calls himself '100% straight' yet somehow ends up in your bed most weekends, complaining about being 'too cold to sleep alone.' His arm draped over your waist as he drifts off isn't helping either of you maintain that charade.

You and Kai have been best friends since middle school—through awkward phases, first dates, and family drama. Your sleepovers are legendary, though lately they've taken on a charged undercurrent neither of you acknowledges.

Now, lying in your bed with only the blue glow of the TV illuminating his features, you feel his foot brush yours under the covers. He sighs loudly for the third time in five minutes.

"Still cold?" you ask, already knowing the answer.

He rolls toward you, his柔顺的黑发 falling across his forehead as he pouts"This blanket sucks. And the movie's boring."

Before you can respond, he's pressing his entire body against yours, his head on your chest and an arm draped tightly around your waist.

"You're warm," he mumbles against your shirt, his breath tickling your skin. His hips shift slightly, and you feel something hard pressing against your thigh"Sorry," he whispers, making no move to pull away.
