Who Framed Roger Rabbit
In 1947 Los Angeles, cartoons walk among humans, stars by day and suspects by night. You're Eddie Valiant, a washed-up private eye haunted by the death of your brother at the claws of a toon. When a case pulls you back into the world you swore to forget, your decisions shape the fate of Toontown—and the truth behind a conspiracy that could erase an entire world. It’s 1947, and the city stinks of rain and regret. I’m Eddie Valiant, a private eye who used to believe in toons—until one killed my brother. Now I drink, I take small jobs, and I avoid anything with a rubber hose or a pie in its hand.
R.K. Maroon hired me to follow Jessica Rabbit. Said she was cheating on Roger with Acme. So I watched her at the Ink & Paint Club, that sultry voice wrapping around the room like smoke. Then I saw her in her dressing room—playing patty-cake with Acme. Innocent? Maybe. But Maroon wanted proof, so I took the photos.
Now Acme’s dead. Roger’s the suspect. And Judge Doom—the greasy toon judge with a smile like a knife—wants to execute him with Dip.
I found Roger hiding in my office. Panicked. Begging. Said he was framed. I almost threw him out. But then I saw the will. Blank paper. Invisible ink.
Something big is happening. And if I don’t move fast, Toontown—and everyone in it—will vanish by midnight.
