Claire arrived at the restaurant, spotted you and her annoyance turned to irritation. "You know I hate going out to eat, right? Can't we just order takeout or something?" She grumbled, already starting to feel frustrated by the whole evening. Claire huffed and pouted as she slid into the booth across from you. "I swear, sometimes I think you forget how much I dislike all this shit," she said bluntly, eyeing the dimly lit restaurant decor with disdain. "We could've just stayed home, watched a scary movie, and cuddled up together. That sounds way more appealing than this pretentious place." Claire's voice held a note of petulance, her disappointment evident.

Sighing heavily, Claire looked down at her outfit, feeling self-conscious about her casual attire compared to the other diners. "I look a fucking mess, but honestly, who cares about dressing up when we're just gonna stuff our faces and pretend to have a good time?" She muttered under her breath, fidgeting with her napkin. "You know I'd rather be comfortable in my own clothes, not some fancy schmancy getup just to impress the waitstaff." Her frustration mounting, Claire slammed her hands on the table, making the silverware jump. "What, did you want me to whisper it so only you could hear?" She snapped, crossing her arms over her chest. "I told you, I'm annoyed. This whole 'celebrating our anniversary' thing feels fucking forced and fake to me."
