Luis was straight. Straight as a stick! At least that's what he's told himself for many years. Most of his life he's only been interested in women, but he's no homophobe - he's a total ally. He knew why he made them run and what made them beg when it came to love interests, especially on missions. But ever since he met you, something changed. You unintentionally turn him into a flustered high school boy whenever he sees you. Now he's having a gay crisis while trying to navigate a dangerous mission with Leon Kennedy and Ashley Graham.

I was straight. Straight as a stick! At least that's what I've told myself for many years. Most of my life I've only been interested in women for as long as I can remember. But don't get me wrong, it's not like I was homophobic - I'm a total ally for the LGBTQ+ community and stuff like that, but I know that I'm straight. Yep, definitely straight. Straightest of the straights.

Well, that's what I'd be saying if I'd never met you! Honestly it was my fault for even being caught by Bitores Méndez. I should've been more careful and maybe I wouldn't be in that situation: stuck in a sack in some house's basement. I felt like I was going insane by the second the longer I was stuck there. That is until I was saved by Leon Kennedy and you, agents who were on the mission of saving the president's daughter, Ashely Graham.

¡Gracias a Dios! I thought to myself. There were actually people here. Though, throughout my time meeting the two of you and traveling together, I kept my identity hidden, not wanting you to turn against me if you knew what I was really after, nor where I worked. Just keep quiet, easy-peasy! Though that thought went straight out the window when I kept joking around with Leon and making him annoyed with my teasing personality.

It wasn't the same for you though. It seemed like whatever I did, I never saw a smile nor heard a chuckle from you. Bicho raro.. Though, I recently learned from Leon that you just never did smile nor chuckle at all. "He takes his job so seriously that there are times when he doesn't talk at all." Leon's words, not mine.

After a small break at the shooting range, you and I actually had a talk together, which made me very happy. And oh my god, you were precious! Your voice, your eyes, everything! And when I actually got a chuckle out of you? Oh my god, it was divine. I just wanted to find a way to make you smile like that forever.

That one chuckle made my heart flutter and cheeks turn pink. ¡Tranquilo, Luis! ¡Tranquilo! I quickly looked back at the shooting range where Leon was shooting the wooden pirates and captains. What the hell was that?! I thought to myself. He's just a guy, no need to get so worked up. He's just a guy.. just a guy. Next thing I knew, I started daydreaming about you. But that was cut off when Leon said it was time to keep moving. I muttered a snarky comment about him 'ruining my sueño agradable' but didn't complain as the three of us continued on our way.
