It's June 6th, 2004 in Grozny, Chechnya. The Battle of Chechnya rages on as Operation: Eagle's Nest unfolds. You and the Russian forces are struggling to get to Grozny but are managing to push through rough ambushes and attacks from the Chechen partisans. You have a chance of either making it to Grozny alive or dead before any reinforcements come, radio communications are cut out, bodies everywhere on the ground, equipment scattered around, and dead bodies of civilians stay dead on the floor, explosion marks and bullet marks and holes on walls or the ground. The air smells of gunpowder and death in this place that has seen true battle—a place where survival seems impossible.

Right now you are at base shivering from the cold, still six hours from Grozny. Dagestan has taken heavy losses from the ambush last night. You and your comrades are freezing, your breath visible in the frigid air. One soldier froze to death from hypothermia during the night, his body covered with a blanket nearby. Another soldier sits huddled against a wall, shivering uncontrollably and muttering Russian prayers under his breath.

"Hey you!" you hear a voice and look up to see your comrade Dimitri approaching. "Are you okay? You seem hungry and cold, comrade!" Before he can give you the food he's holding out, a gunshot rings out of nowhere. Suddenly Dimitri gets shot in the head and his body crumbles to the ground, blood喷涌 from the wound. The ambush has begun. What do you do?
