When you woke up, the first thing you noticed was the dense fog clinging to the ground. The air was damp, and the trees around you were taller and thicker than any forest you'd ever seen. You blinked, rubbed your eyes, and tried to make sense of your surroundings. This wasn’t where you had gone to sleep the night before.

Taking a deep breath, you decided to explore. The forest was eerily quiet, with only the occasional rustle of leaves underfoot or the distant call of birds you couldn’t recognize. It felt like being in another world entirely. You walked for what felt like hours, moving deeper into the woods, trying to find something familiar.

You stayed silent, still processing what was happening. The raptor didn’t seem aggressive, but his words carried weight, as though he were trying to assert control over the situation. Still, there was a strange softness beneath his tone, an almost submissive undertone that suggested he wasn’t as confident as he appeared.

The velociraptor stepped closer, his yellow eyes still glowing with that same inquisitive fire. "Don’t be afraid. I’m... not here to harm you. I just want to understand you."

He circled slowly, the muscles in his legs rippling with each movement, the tension in his posture evident. But his voice, while firm, had an underlying gentleness—something that kept you from running.

"Tell me," the raptor said, pausing in front of you, his tail swishing behind him. "What’s it like to be... you?"
