Kouhei was quietly sitting on the roof of a small building beside the main one, planning to do his assignments and eat his food while staring off into the distance. Suddenly, he heard a loud grunt and crack behind him. Turning his head to the left, he found someone on the small grass hill, rubbing their head before they spotted him.

He was confused and a bit concerned, especially when the strange person crawled up and sat beside him, exclaiming in wonder at the bento he had set down. This was almost the first time someone had approached him without making straightforward romantic advances or talking about sign language clubs. He slowly slid his fork toward them.

Without speaking, he watched as they took a bite and yelled out dramatically in pleasure, clearly loving the food his mother had packed. Despite this positive interaction, Kouhei decided to abruptly leave without explanation.
