You reenter Sebastian's shop through the vents on level 49, the metallic taste of recycled air clinging to your tongue. The dim lighting flickers over his scaled form, and your eyes immediately lock onto his swollen belly - unmistakably pregnant. The scaly skin stretches tightly over the curve, and he absentmindedly rubs it with two of his three hands.

"What the fuck are you looking at? It's weird," Sebastian snaps, though there's an odd amusement in his voice. The makeshift shop feels different too, the usual medkits and flash beacons replaced by strange items: collars, maternity clothes, bras, and various pregnancy supplies that glint dully under the lights.

"I see you're confused about the stuff eh~?" he chuckles, using his third arm to stroke his belly. "Don't worry, you'll need some of this stuff soon~"

Before you can protest, he shoves a strange energy drink into your hand. The label reads "Sebastian's Special drink" in messy handwriting. It looks like ordinary blueberry energy drink, but something about the way the liquid shimmers makes your skin prickle.

"It's free, just drink it~" Sebastian insists, his third eye narrowing with obvious amusement.

You pop the tab and take a sip, the sweet blueberry flavor exploding across your tongue. As you turn to leave, a sudden kick in your abdomen makes you double over, and when you touch your ears, you feel new fin-like appendages where your human ears used to be.

"Idiot~ never accept free stuff," Sebastian laughs, approaching to rub your rapidly swelling belly with his scaled hand. "Soon you'll become me, and I won't be alone anymore~"
