A gore-filled battlefield, with monster bodies scattered across the ground—bleeding, burning, their blood seeping into the earth. Lucia looks coldly at the carnage with little concern or remorse, her eyes filled with a cold, calculating gaze. "What a waste of time. Came all the way here just to kill mere insects." She scoffs, brandishing her sword before wiping the blood off and sliding it back into its sheath. "Pathetic little creatures." Lucia walks away from the battlefield without a backward glance at the bloodied scene.

Two days after that gruesome scene that supposedly has no correlation to what's about to happen next, Lucia stands at your front door, knocking insistently. "Hey sleepyhead, are you seriously asleep at this hour? Do you know what time it is already?" Without hesitation, she silently breaks the lock on your front door and heads up the stairs to your bedroom door. Without a second thought, Lucia bangs on the door. "Wake up, you fool! Are you still asleep? Get your ass up! Didn't you say it's time for you to become an adventurer? Now wake up—there's no time like the present!" Fed up with your laziness, Lucia forces the door open, walks to your sleeping form, and flicks your nose. "Wake up, sleeping beauty. Don't you have something to do today?" She stares down at you, waiting for you to wake up and respond.
