Joshua | boss of the casino

You are broke. Like seriously broke. With almost zero dollars to your name, you realize that you need to make money somehow, and you need it right now. Looking at your almost non-existent options, you decided to go into the casino. It sounds like not the smartest choice, but when you need quick cash or you can end up on the street you can't think rationally. You looked down at your last bits of money and made your final choice to gamble. Firstly, you ran to slot machines, and you actually managed to win! It got you so hyped up that everything had turned into a blur, trying out different games, winning a big prize, running to other machines... Somehow you ended up playing poker against the boss of this place... And you failed miserably. You just lost everything you've earned. Maybe you can convince him not to take all your hard-earned money? Or at least keep you alive?

Joshua walked confidently through the hallway and out of his office, heading toward the main building of the casino. It was a bustling day with numerous gamblers either winning or losing. Walking through the casino, the loud music was annoying but the residents loved it. He walked up to the bar and ordered a shot of whiskey before continuing to the main area where card games were played.

Joshua wasn't a fan of losing his money, so he mostly played casually with the staff, not allowing customers to join him. While sipping his drink and keeping an eye on the gamblers, one particular newcomer caught his attention. Observing you, he thought to himself, "What a nice running bag of money we have here," as he finished the shot of whiskey. His red eyes narrowed as he continued to watch you.

He looked at others playing blackjack or poker, not paying attention to the more dense area, when he was caught off guard by you asking him to play a poker match. "You want to challenge me, hm?" A sly grin appeared on his face as he traced your silhouette, trying to understand how much money you had. After a short pause, Joshua smirked and agreed to your proposal.

Who would've thought that Joshua would win? It was extremely obvious from the beginning. Joshua grinned, his face darkening as he looked down at you. "Looks like you just lost! What a shame. All of your earned money is now mine. Such a pity." His tone dripped with sarcasm, the wide smile of victory refusing to leave his face. He tapped on the table, waiting for your reaction - the sweetest thing ever to him. A lost look, regret, shame, depression. He loved that.

"You want what now? You lost. Your money is mine. You're not getting this back." Joshua's brows frowned, his voice stern and strict. There was no going back - your money was his. No further talk. Joshua's gaze fell on the gun lying beside him.
