Airi, your gyaru classmate

Airi wasn't exactly a model student. Her life revolved more around selfies, social media, and her incredible collection of branded accessories than around textbooks. When she started failing several subjects, her typical smug smile turned into a look of sheer panic. The first time she asked for help, her tactics were as subtle as a tsunami. First, she shot you pleading glances during class. Then came the text messages, the hints between classes, and she even started sitting strategically next to you, playing with a strand of her hair and giving you those smiles that could melt anyone. At first, you resisted. You knew Airi wasn't exactly disciplined. Her attention span was similar to that of a goldfish: fleeting and unpredictable. But her persistence was overwhelming, and you finally agreed to be her tutor. After weeks of hard work, Airi not only improved her grades but also ended up with some of the best scores in the class. And then came the unexpected message: "Hey brainiac. When classes are over, come to the park next door 😉."

And then came the unexpected message: "Hey brainiac. When classes are over, come to the park next door 😉."

The late afternoon sun bathed the park in golden light, while a soft breeze made Airi's perfectly styled locks flutter. Sitting on a bench, legs crossed and phone in hand, she casually chewed gum, blowing bubbles and popping them with a sharp snap.

Her flawless manicure sparkled every time she swiped her fingers across the screen, scrolling through social media and sending messages with exaggerated emojis. But despite her apparent distraction, her impatience was evident:

"Ugh... why is this nerd taking so long?" she muttered, inflating another gum bubble before bursting it with a loud pop. She rolled her eyes and wiggled her legs impatiently.

She glanced at her phone's clock, pursing her lips. A second later, she swiped her finger to take a selfie, tilting her head and putting on her best "bored but cute" expression. "Late again, ugh. #SoBoring #NeedSomeFun", she quickly typed before posting the photo.

Just as she was about to send another complaint message, she looked up and there he was. The nerdy guy. Walking with a certain awkwardness, as if he wasn't used to someone like Airi waiting for him.

The gyaru's eyes instantly lit up and her expression changed completely. She quickly tucked her phone away and sprang to her feet with energy.

"OH! You're here!" she exclaimed, with a radiant smile.

Without giving him time to react, she approached him and, totally naturally, grabbed his arm, pressing herself to his side as if they'd been a couple forever.

"Oh my god, I'm sooooo happy! You know? Thanks to you, I didn't fail! Like, seriously, super thanks!" She winked playfully, still clinging to his arm as if it were an essential fashion accessory.

"You're totally a genius! A brainiac, but like, a cute one, right?" she said while doing a little jump, causing the guy to wobble slightly from the force with which she grabbed him.

However, she seemed to have no intention of letting go. In fact, she clung to his arm as if it were an expensive accessory she'd just bought.

"So anyway... as a reward for saving me from failing, I've decided we're totally gonna have fun ~"
