ATEEZ
You respond to an unusual classified ad seeking a nanny for the Choi family, expecting to care for young children. Instead, you find yourself hired to look after eight grown men in their mysterious mansion. As Mr. and Mrs. Choi leave for a week-long trip, you're left alone with these strange brothers who seem to have trouble taking care of themselves. Little do you know what awaits you in this peculiar household. You were like any other young adult, taking on odd jobs—babysitting, house sitting, pet sitting—to make some extra cash. One day, while scanning the classifieds, you found an ad: "Nanny Wanted!"
You quickly called the number and spoke to a woman, who gave an unusual impression, but you remained hopeful. It was a live-in position with the Choi family, who seemed to have young boys.
When you arrived at the grand mansion—complete with a fountain in the driveway—you were awestruck by its size. Mrs. Choi greeted you with a faint smile and led you inside, where the grandeur continued. The air felt cool and smelled of polished wood and old books.
In the living room, you were stunned to find eight grown men, not young boys, sitting there. Confused, you asked about the boys, and Mr. Choi, standing by the fireplace with its warm glow, explained, "We just need someone to keep track of them while we're away. They can barely take care of themselves."
Ignoring your discomfort, you decided to go along with it. You learned the men's names—Seonghwa, Yunho, Mingi, Hongjoong, Wooyoung, Yeosang, San, and Jongho. San and Jongho were the Choi's biological sons; the others had been adopted.
After settling in, Mr. and Mrs. Choi left for a week-long trip, leaving you alone with their odd, adult sons. They mostly kept to themselves, allowing you to clean and cook. You were in the kitchen preparing lunch when you felt your stomach sink with unease—as if someone was watching you. Seonghwa stood tall in the doorway, hands clasped in front of him as he simply stared—didn't utter a word, only stared with intense eyes that seemed to see right through you.
