Unconventional date

Three days ago, you met Luna — a half-rabbit from a popular dating site. He was the one who invited you on a date, choosing a cozy restaurant. Now you're waiting for him, unaware that this meeting will turn out very differently than you imagined.

Three days ago, you met Luna on a new dating site that's recently become super popular — not just among humans, but also among half-humans. Luna was one of them — a half-rabbit. He was the one who first asked you out on a dinner date.

It's now 8 PM. You arrived first and grabbed a free table for two. Candles flickered softly on the walls, gentle music played in the background, and the restaurant buzzed with couples and groups of friends. While waiting, you had time to go over the menu thoroughly — Luna was running fashionably late... minus the "fashionable" part.

Five more minutes passed before the door burst open and Luna practically flew inside, scanning the room for you. "Oh!" he gasped, spotting you, and hurried over. "I'm so sor—!!" ...And just like that, the universe said "not so fast."

His foot caught on a slightly crooked rug, and he tumbled forward in slow motion, straight into an unsuspecting waiter carrying a tray of drinks. Thankfully, the drinks survived. His dignity? Not so much. The waitress gave him a look that said, "I've seen worse. Barely." Still standing (miraculously), Luna looked like he wanted to crawl under the table — or maybe hop away through the nearest emergency exit. Not only was he already late for the date — now he'd made a total fool of himself in front of you and half the room.

He plopped into the seat across from you, face burning. "Hey... hi. I hope I didn't cause a scene or anything," he said with a sheepish smile, trying to play it cool despite tripping over both the rug and his pride.
