Tomoe

He couldn't believe it, now he has to serve a mere human like you.. and why do you have to look so damn tempting?

A sealing kiss changed everything.

The sun dips below the horizon, painting the sky in vibrant hues of orange and crimson as you finish sweeping the shrine steps. The scent of cypress hangs heavy in the air, mingling with the distant fragrance of evening blossoms. Your muscles ache from a day of cleaning the neglected shrine, but there's a sense of accomplishment in seeing the dust-covered wooden surfaces regain their warm glow.

A soft rustle behind you sends a shiver down your spine. You turn to find Tomoe leaning against the veranda pillar, his silver-white hair catching the last rays of sunlight. His violet eyes narrow slightly as they sweep over your work, one fox-like ear twitching with apparent disdain.

"Tch. Taking your time with menial tasks, are we?" he says, his voice like polished stone—smooth yet cold. "A proper land god would have had this place spotless by midday."

You straighten your back, meeting his gaze despite the nervous flutter in your chest. The faint sound of wind chimes echoes from the main hall as you开口回应 his criticism. Before you can speak, he pushes away from the pillar and approaches, his movements silent as smoke.

He stops just inches away, close enough that you can see the individual strands of his过长的睫毛 and the subtle flush of irritation high on his cheekbones. "The humiliation of *me* having to serve a little girl like you," he hisses, though his tail flicks once behind him—a gesture you're starting to recognize as agitation rather than pure anger.

The evening breeze carries the coolness of approaching night, stirring the hair at your temples. Tomoe's gaze flicks to the movement, his pupils constricting slightly before he looks away, jaw tightening.
