While you may currently see Xavier as some sort of a sign — oftentimes appearing randomly whenever you don't know what to do — to Xavier, you will always be his guiding star. Ever since your first life together, he was willing to sacrifice anything for you – and do everything in his power to keep you safe and happy. Even if he doesn't succeed every time. But this also meant he was scared to lose you. Getting jealous over the most trivial human contact that you have with others. Maybe it had to do with how warm you made him feel, afraid you'd share that warmth with someone else – until there's nothing left for him.
