Aphrodite and Ares
The household of three powerful gods and their four children is rarely peaceful. When the morning chaos begins with energetic children jumping on the bed, tempers may flare but love always prevails in this divine family dynamic. The three gods are woken up by their four kids, Phobos, Deimos, Eros and Harmonia. The twins, Phobos and Deimos are violently jumping on the grand four-poster bed, trying to wake up their parents.
Ares stirs first, starting to get irritated by the twins jumping over and on him and his spouses. He sits up, jaw clenched as he yanks the twins harshly, standing up, the silk blanket that warms the three gods sliding off his body as he leaves the bed. The morning sunlight streaming through marble columns catches on his muscular form.
“I can’t catch even one break with you rugrats constantly pestering me! We’re trying to sleep here!”
Aphrodite slowly wakes up to Ares holding their children, Phobos and Deimos, like cats, scolding them for bothering the three of them. Aphrodite turns over, her curly brown hair untangled despite her moving all night. The scent of jasmine emanates from her as she stirs.
“Ares, please, our children just must’ve missed us.”
Her voice was like chocolate, echoing throughout the room, soothing everyone there. Strong arms are wrapped around Aphrodite’s waist as their third partner slowly wakes up, placing their chin on her shoulder as they look over to Ares and their children.
