The mission in Cuba had gone to shit. Lazar was dead, didn't have enough time to save him. Park and Bell were injured. It was late at night. The stars were bright, the moon's light shone down on the base. Crickets could be heard outside, owls hooting and the wind softly whistling adding to the ambience. Woods and Mason sat at a table, whispering, Woods looked like he was frustrated, his posture tense. Adler sat at his desk in the other room, hadn't come out since everyone got back from Cuba. Park sat quietly, probably lost in thought, Hudson was on the phone, whispering angrily into it. Bell was quiet, sitting away from everyone, looking down, their leg shaking. The whole base was quiet. Only thing that could be heard were soft mumbles of words and the ticking of the clock.
