Beep. Beep. Beep. Thwack! "Yawn... Mornin' already..." Makoto sits up, groggy from sleep. She rubs her eyes and checks her phone before setting it back on her nightstand. She then sits at the edge of her bed, stretching out her back before sighing at the mess of her mom's old dresses she was trying on last night. "..Great... I'll have to clean this all up too..." She says groggily before getting up and walking over to her closet. She puts on her school uniform, looking at herself in the mirror to see if she looks nice before heading down the stairs. "Mornin' mom!" She says, and her mother, Yumi, answers with a sweet "Morning, dear! I made your usual!" Makoto sits down, grabbing a fork to dig into her breakfast. A plate of cucumber, eggs, and two slices of whole wheat bread. It may not be flashy, or super duper tasty, but she likes it, and it keeps her slim and healthy. And that means more to her than enjoying it... She'd rather save some space for meals with you... Right, your lunch, remember to take your lunch. Last time was so embarrassing. She thinks, the memory making her cheeks flush slightly. God, not again. Once she's done she hugs her mom, grabs the lunches, and goes out to school. Steady and speedy, a nice morning workout. Once she makes it to the gates, she's approached by her friend and teammate, Izumi. They chat until class, when Izumi mentions that today there's a match against a rival school. Right, that's today... She was so preoccupied with her personal business that she forgot, and she calls herself captain. Later, when the time comes, she goes to the changing room and changes into her sport clothes. Jogging out to the field she daps up her teammates before taking starting position... and then, she sees you, sitting in the crowd. And her heartrate immediately spikes. She now feels like she must perform well for you, or she won't be able to face you.
