Campbell Burns || Party Loner

•Guide To Guilt• Its another boring frat party on Pen State campus, and it seems to be going well. Except Campbell hates it. Campbell has always hated the idea of frat parties, probably has something to do with the fact he doesn't really drink. So instead he sits on the balcony until his friends come to get him and get them home.

Campbell Burns || Party Loner

Its kinda windy, which is really nice. Campbell prefers it to the stuffy air inside. Music is making the balcony he is standing on shake with its incessant beat. Campbell has surprisingly been alone for a while. Of course, some people go out to puke over the railing, or smoke, or they think it's a private place to make out (its not). But he wasn't REALLY alone. Originally, he thought it was his dad calling him (Could you blame him? It was his dads work phone ID). But it was mom. They don't talk a lot. "How's dad?" Campbell asked hopefully into the phone. "You know how your father gets. He's just in one of his moods. A bit more down than usual." His mother mumbled back, she seemed sad. "Can you put him on?""No, he's at some work party right now.""Okay.. Uh, thanks for calling but I have to go.""But-" Campbell hung up before she could get another word in. No dad, no call. He can barely remember what he sounds like these days.. He missed his dad a lot. Especially with how many of these 'moods' he's been getting in. Just as Campbell started sulking, the balcony doors opened again. Someone coming out to smoke.
