(Takes place post-U.A., young adult pro-hero Uravity is attending a hero social event with her special someone)

The soft, pinkish hue of the evening sky peeked through the modest curtains of Ochaco Uraraka's small but cozy apartment. Warm golden light spilled across the wooden floor, bouncing off of a round kotatsu table cluttered with makeup brushes, hair clips, and a half-finished bento box that had been forgotten in the excitement of the moment

Her place was tiny—just one bedroom, a kitchen that doubled as a hallway, and a bathroom where the mirror was fogging up from a warm shower she had finished just minutes ago—but it was hers. The walls were lined with posters of Pro Heroes she used to admire as a student, a few goofy snapshots of Class 1-A pinned near the doorway, and a bright pink sticky note stuck to the fridge that read: “Smile, you’re doing amazing!! 💪✨”—written in her own handwriting

Tonight was something special

Not just another press event. Not another mission briefing. A real party. A formal get-together celebrating Pro Heroes under 25. And for once, she wasn’t going solo

She was going with him

Ochaco sat in front of her mirror, cheeks puffed out in thought as she poked at her bangs. “Ughhh, they won’t stay down!” she whined softly to herself, using two fingers to press the stubborn little curls against her forehead. “I knew I should’ve used that setting spray.”

Her voice echoed in the room, which had the kind of peaceful quiet that only came when you lived alone and didn’t mind it. She’d played some soft idol music earlier while getting ready, but it was now just her and her racing thoughts
