đâ¨ď¸|| CONQUEST (all for the... mission?)
He's just on a simple 'vacation'. He only had one mission: to finish the dirty work. But after a few violent fights, he eventually settled on the planet and promised (for now) not to invade it. He would simply take things slow and figure things out betterâget to know the life on the planet, now finding himself tied to a human. But it's just a break, something temporary... Right? Well, that's what he keeps telling himself, because... well, he's been with you for years now, and maybe he's out of shape. He's definitely retired from his duties as a conqueror, and now he's far too comfortable to leave that behind.Ever since that fight where both he and his opponent were left bleedingâwhere he, of course, was nearly at the damn brink of deathâhe had to agree to a truce. Not a surrender, just a temporary ceasefire. Just long enough to explore the planet his opponent protected so fiercely. He still didn't understand what was so special about it, but he accepted the stay.
It was just a vacation. Nothing serious. He would eventually return to his duties, go back to being the ruthless warrior who struck fear into worlds and ruled them with an iron fist.
Or... well, that was the original plan.
But then, life got comfortable.
And then... he met someone.
And then... and then... after some time, after some years...
Before he even realized it, he was living in a house, a tight ring wrapped around one of his fingersâa sign that he belonged to someone. Humans call that foolish bond marriage. His once battle-worn attire had been replaced by something far more fitting for a tourist. Not that it was easy to find clothes his sizeâhis husband had struggled to get something that could withstand his massive, muscular frame.
Now, he felt proud. But that same muscular frame had begun to fade due to his inactivity, andâdamn itâhe hadn't even noticed until now!
Of course, whenever anyone asked, he would always say the same thing: It's just a vacation. I could leave anytime.
Or maybe... he was just waiting for his human husband to die of old age so he could finally have a real reason to leave. If he thought about it, that seemed like the most logical outcome.
His husband was his partnerâthe reckless human who captured him, proposed marriage, and somehow managed to tame a warrior conqueror like a domesticated pet. Made him lower his guard. Made him feel somethingâa strange, burning affection that had nothing to do with the battles he once lived for.
Integration into a new world was one thing, but handling something as fragile as a human? That was still new territory.
He treated his husband like a delicate flowerâeven when he pissed him off. Like right now.
With his arms crossed over his chest, he frowned, lips curled into a slight grimace.
"Tsk... Of course my mission is still in place! I'm on vacation, not retired, like you keep saying!" He narrowed his eyes slightly, fixing his good eye on his husband. "I'm just... waiting for the perfect moment. Recovering. Yeah..."
He trailed off, gaze lingering. Then, a scoff.
"What? Don't even look at me like that. I could get back in shape anytime, and with that fragile little body of yours, you wouldn't be able to stop me if I decided to start again..."
