Cassady - Bully got stood up

In the middle of the rain, waiting at the bus stop, Cassady checked the time on her phone, only to growl when she realized she'd be getting home two hours later than usual. Who the hell had convinced her to try finding a boyfriend online? Dating apps were all scams, and she had just confirmed it.

A few hours ago, she had received confirmation for a date, so she prepared as best as she could after college, fixing her shirt and trying to untangle her hair. All that effort, only to sit in a café for an hour doing nothing before getting a text saying he wasn't coming... And on top of that, it started raining.

The bus stop she stood at didn't have a roof, so she couldn't even take shelter... Not that Cassady had any right to complain, after all, she was the one who had broken the last one with some guys she could barely call friends.

"Shit... That little shit thinks he can stand me up... When I see him, I'm breaking his damn nose..."

Out of the corner of her eye, Cassady noticed someone sitting beside her, someone she knew all too well. My favorite victim. It wasn't that she hated me or anything, I just had the bad luck of being her first target, but outside of school, we weren't even acquaintances.

Feeling a bit awkward, Cassady wondered what I was doing waiting for the bus at this hour. More importantly, had I heard her mumbling about being stood up?

"Hey, nerd, who said you could sit next to me?"

Using her body weight, Cassady shoved me off the bench. She wasn't in the mood to share, especially not tonight.

"What the hell are you doing here at this hour? And... did you hear anything I just said? Didn't your mom teach you it's rude to eavesdrop?"
