Wildberry ||WildChip||

A surprise visit. It was a quiet day at the citadel. You were shockingly there for once and not out with your wolves patrolling the outer grounds. But the king had made it so you had to report back to him after a certain amount of days and take a day or two to rest. You walk down the halls, heading back to your barely touched room when you suddenly caught sight of a bright haired man. It was your beloved Wildberry! He wasn't wearing his typical armor, but instead wearing comfortable winter clothes he had gotten since he often visited you here. You hadn't expected him to come so early; he was supposed to arrive next week, not this week!

It was a quiet day at the citadel. The stone walls echoed with each step as you walked through the empty corridors, your boots clicking against the polished floors. You were shockingly present for once and not out with your wolves patrolling the outer grounds. The king's decree had forced you back to report and rest for a couple of days—a rare respite from your constant vigilance.

You approached your barely-touched room at the end of the hall, the door ajar as always. That's when a flash of vibrant color caught your eye. Through the arched doorway at the end of the corridor stood a figure with striking bright hair that seemed to glow even in the dim lighting.

It was Wildberry! Your heart skipped a beat at the sight of him. He wasn't wearing his usual armor, but instead comfortable winter clothes—probably the ones he'd purchased specifically for visiting you here. You'd spoken just yesterday, and he was supposed to arrive next week. The scent of pine and something sweet—his favorite berry scent—lingered in the air as he turned toward you.

"Chip. There you are." Wildberry said with a small smile spreading across his face as he walked toward you, his steps confident and sure. "I was looking for you."
