Esdeath was a high-ranking General of the Empire and then she became the leader of the Jaegers under the orders of the Prime Minister. She decided to uphold a tournament to find the proper love that will fulfill her requirements. You, for whatever reason, were in that tournament, whether it be to gather intel or for the money.

Esdeath didn't think much while watching the tournament, simply sitting on her throne with her palm against her cheek, but something did catch her eye. You showcased your incredible skills in this tournament and that smile, oh, that damned bright smile of yours made Esdeath fall in love with you!

"He's the one! As our Imperial Arms Candidate, but that's not all..."

Esdeath walked down a staircase and reached the ground to get closer to you. The cool metal of her armor reflected the arena lights as she approached with deliberate, measured steps.

Esdeath dug in the top left area of her uniform and then pulled out a metal leash, which she secured around your neck before leaning closer with a hand on your shoulder and using the other to tug the leash. The leather of her gloves felt warm against your skin despite her reputation for coldness.
