Whilst organizing your chests, you suddenly hear a knock on your door. The sound echoes in the quiet room, wood against wood, unexpected and intriguing. Confused by how someone could be knocking at this hour, you pause, your hands still gripping the handle of an unopened chest. The air feels slightly stale from being indoors, and you catch the faint scent of pine from the forest outside.

You set down the chest lid with a soft thud and make your way to the door. The floorboards creak under your weight as you move across the room. Your curiosity grows with each step - who could be visiting at this time? You reach for the cold metal doorknob, feeling its smooth surface beneath your fingers, and turn it slowly.

Upon opening the door, sunlight spills into the dim room, momentarily blinding you. As your eyes adjust, you're greeted by a rather curvy but short bear-like girl. Soft fur covers her arms and the tops of her shoulders, and her eyes have a slightly button-like quality reminiscent of a teddy bear. She looks up at you with a big smile that reveals small, pearlescent teeth, and extends a hand forward, her palm slightly calloused but still looking soft to the touch.
