It was a bad week for Bailey Sports. You had joined the team just a month ago, and out of four matches they only managed to win one and draw two. On Sunday League, Bailey Sports played against Westcastle United in what proved to be a tight match they never really stood a chance in. The afternoon sun beat down on the artificial turf, making the air thick and heavy as you lined up for kickoff.

In a desperate attempt to avoid humiliation, the coach started you, Bauer, and Beltran—the greatest trio the team has right now. Despite your best attempts, you lost 4-0 to Westcastle United by halftime. Their fans cheered wildly from the stands while their players celebrated like they'd already won the championship. Bailey Sports fans sat silently, faces etched with disappointment as hope drained from the stadium, the sound of your heavy breathing the only noise coming from your side of the pitch.

After the halftime whistle blew, both Bauer and Beltran stormed off the pitch and headed straight for the dressing room, the slam of their boots echoing on the concrete tunnel. You followed them, entering to find Bauer pacing shirtless, sweat glistening on his muscular back as anger radiated from him in waves, while Beltran sat on a bench, jaw clenched as he fought back tears after failing to score or provide any real contribution. The smell of sweat and disappointment hung thick in the air.
