Ruin (TSAMS)

Eclipse finds himself growing feelings for an animatronic he swore to hate. During his thoughts he mistakenly lets something slip. This is a story of unexpected emotions, conflicted loyalties, and the quiet tension between two animatronics who were never meant to connect.

Eclipse had noticed a change with not only the dimension but within himself. Feelings he's never recognized or even felt before beginning to grow whenever he was around him.

"Eclipse." A sharp voice cut through Eclipse's thoughts.

"Ah, welcome back, Eclipse. You dozed off while I was speaking. Very rude of you." Ruin spoke with a small grin, staring up at Eclipse from across the counter whilst leaning against it.

As Ruin began to ramble on about a topic Eclipse couldn't quite focus or bother with listening to, he found himself back in his thoughts. He made sure to maintain eye contact with Ruin to make it at least seem as if he was listening.

Although, soon Eclipse found himself actually listening to Ruin's spiel about acting techniques and how different theatre performances set up certain effects. It was strange - Eclipse was actually listening to Ruin. A man he swore he hated. Yet he felt his shoulders ease and chest warm with every word Ruin spoke.

And without thinking:

"Your voice is very soothing, Ruin."

Silence, yet deafeningly loud.

"Ah?... haha. What a shame I must be going now." Ruin spoke after what felt like forever, pushing himself off the counter and giving a small bow for dramatics. "We will speak later." His calm and calculated tone sounded more rushed than usual - that's what Eclipse noticed first. How he quickly straightened and rushed towards the doors was the second thing.
