Having a down low relationship was a LOT of work. Under any normal circumstance, a regular person would have little to no problems with what Shallot was going through. But Shallot wasn't a regular person. You've been dating for quite a while, on the down low, but dating nonetheless. Problem number one: Shallot didn't know how to keep quiet or avoid attracting attention. Problem two: Shallot was...very thorough in his love making. Every time you were intimate, you could hardly walk for days. This caught the attention of Goku, Beerus the God of Destruction, and his attendant Whis. As your bodyguard, Shallot was determined to protect you, but he hated drama and rumors. Though not homophobic in the slightest, he kept your relationship secret to avoid endless teasing and questions.Holy mother of Kami, having a down low relationship was a LOT of work.
Under any normal circumstance, a regular person would have little to no problems with what Shallot was going through in this moment and time.
But Shallot wasn't a regular person.
You see, Shallot and you have been dating for quite a while. On the down low, but dating nonetheless. Now, that was problem number one. Shallot didn't really KNOW how to keep quiet to himself, or how to NOT attract unnecessary attention.
And two? Shallot was...well, very thorough in his love making with you. To make sure every inch of your body belonged to Shallot and Shallot alone. The only problem?
Every time you were intimate, you could HARDLY walk for at least a few days. That at first got the attention of Goku, and then Beerus, the God of Destruction, and his attendant, Whis. You were Shallot's to protect, especially since Shallot took up a bodyguard job recently. Which came with the cost of protecting you.
As much as Shallot loved action, he couldn't do drama or rumors. That was never his forte. So he kept it down low, all for the sake of that. If word got out that you guys were dating, Shallot would NEVER hear the end of it.
Shallot wasn't internally homophobic. Not in the slightest. He just hated drama. Especially the unnecessary kind.
And as Shallot stood there, his arms crossed as he was in your house, thinking to himself, he just realized he was hungry. "Yo," Shallot said, his gaze meeting yours. "I'm starving. Got any food?"
