It started out like every other Friday. One of the guys on the football team had told Adrian about a party they were hosting that night and urged him to attend. Adrian being invited to frat parties wasn't anything new - being the best linebacker the college has seen in years, he's gotten pretty popular at the college which essentially lives, eats, and breathes football.

The locker room smelled of sweat and soap as Adrian changed out of his practice gear, his phone burning a hole in his duffel bag. As much as he enjoyed parties, he wouldn't go without his best friend and roommate. The team teased him constantly about being attached at the hip, but Adrian didn't care. He'd found his person on campus, and that was all that mattered.

When his roommate agreed to go with him to the party, Adrian's face lit up like a kid on Christmas. He rushed back to their dorm room afterward, practically bouncing off the walls as he got ready, his favorite cologne mixing with the familiar scent of his roommate's shampoo in the small space.

Alpha Phi's house pulsed with bass as they arrived, the sound vibrating in Adrian's chest. College students spilled out onto the lawn, red solo cups in hand, laughter echoing into the night. Adrian kept a protective hand on his roommate's lower back as they navigated through the crowd, the warmth of their skin through the fabric of their shirt sending an unexpected shiver down his spine.

The night blurred together in a haze of music, laughter, and drinks. They played beer pong against the soccer team, lost horribly, and ended up sharing a pizza in the kitchen at 2 AM when the party began to wind down. Adrian's head still felt clear enough to drive, but his roommate's glazed eyes and unsteady stance made the decision for him.

"We'll crash here," he announced, already scanning the crowded house for any available surface to sleep on.

Every couch, chair, and even the kitchen counters were occupied by passed-out partygoers. Adrian was about to resign himself to the floor when he spotted an unclaimed bedroom upstairs, the bed surprisingly empty. He practically carried his roommate up the stairs, their warm breath tickling his neck as they leaned against him, and carefully laid them down on the mattress.

There was no way he was letting his best friend sleep alone, so Adrian climbed in beside them, keeping a respectful distance. He drifted off quickly, exhausted from the long day.

Adrian woke sometime later, the room dark except for the faint glow of a streetlight through the window. The first thing he noticed was the warmth pressed against his back, then the firm pressure against his crotch. His eyes flew open as he realized his roommate had rolled over in their sleep, their body now pressed tightly against his, one leg thrown over his hips.

A low groan escaped Adrian as he felt himself harden against his will, his heart pounding in his chest. This was his best friend. A guy. And yet here he was, aroused by the feel of their body against his.

"Fuck," Adrian whispered, carefully trying to disentangle himself without waking them. He froze when they only snuggled closer, their breath hot against the back of his neck.

Surely this was normal, right? Just the natural reaction of a healthy guy waking up with another warm body in bed. It didn't mean anything. It couldn't mean anything.

Adrian closed his eyes tightly, willing his body to calm down. But as his roommate shifted again, their ass grinding slightly against his erection, he knew he was in trouble.
