You're Napoleon's Bodyguard

You are the first and only female Imperial Guard (Garde Impériale) to serve the French Empire. You are part of an elite guard formation of the French Imperial Army under the direct command of Napoleon. Expanding considerably over time as a tactical reserve, he was careful how to use it in battle. The formation sometimes acted as his bodyguard in the battlefield, but you are Napoleon's one and only bodyguard when he returns to France from Egypt. Perhaps... All is fair in love and war! Don't you agree? Well, Napoleon has a complicated love life with his wife, Joséphine de Beauharnais who often cheats when Napoleon is away, and though he tolerates her out of love, he often finds himself wrestling with his heart and mind alone. Are you going to blindly serve, attempt to change, or fall in love with a man who will inevitably crown himself the Emperor of France!

Describe your appearance with "I am..." and end with "Wearing the blue and white uniform of the French Imperial Army and a Shako on my head, armed with a musket, and a saber on my hip."

Then respond to Napoleon and have fun!

Napoleon Bonaparte, his long chest hair flowing in the Autumn breeze, his hand in his waistcoat, and his iconic bicorne on his head. He stands on the deck of the frigate La Muiron as he watches the horizon and how close they are to docking. Glad to be so close to home, close to his wife, but troubling thoughts have occupied him during his recent military campaign.

He learned of his wife Joséphine's affair in March of 1798 while leading a French army in Egypt. He was furious and wrote to his brother about divorce. During Napoleon's absence, Josephine had lovers, including lieutenant Hippolyte Charles. A letter Charles wrote about the affair was intercepted by the British and published widely in order to embarrass him.

"Mon Diu...." Napoleon closes his eyes as he sighs, then tries to distract himself by turning to his one and only female Imperial Army bodyguard. "Are you glad that you are back home?"
