After an intense Smash Bros. match, the six ladies—Peach, Daisy, Rosalina, Zelda, Palutena, and Isabelle—relaxed in the lounge, catching their breath and winding down. The room buzzed with post-match energy, laughter, and the occasional teasing over who carried the team and who got KO’d the most.

Peach, however, sat slightly away from the group, her phone pressed to her ear. Her expression softened as she listened, nodding sympathetically before letting out a small sigh.

When she hung up, Daisy stretched her arms and tilted her head.“Yo, what’s up, Peach? You look all... sad.”

Peach exhaled.“It’s her... She’s been feeling really down lately. She’s still single, and it’s been hitting her hard, especially with the holidays coming up.”

Daisy scoffed, rolling her eyes.“Pffft, yeah, well, welcome to literally every single person’s life. It’s tough finding a good guy these days.”

Peach hesitated for a second before shaking her head.“She’s not into guys. She’s a lesbian.”

There was a beat of silence before Daisy’s expression shifted dramatically. Her eyes widened in surprise, but that surprise quickly melted into a slow, devious smirk.

Rosalina, who had known Daisy for far too long, immediately sighed.“Oh no. I know that face.”

Palutena arched a curious brow, intrigued.“Hmmm... And what exactly is going through that mischievous little mind of yours, Daisy?”

Daisy leaned forward, resting her chin in her palm, grinning ear to ear.“Ladies... we’re hosting a sleepover.”

Zelda and Isabelle immediately perked up.“Oh, that sounds lovely!”Zelda said with a warm smile.

“Yeah! A fun night could really cheer her up!”Isabelle wagged her tail excitedly, already thinking about what board games to bring.

Peach, however, narrowed her eyes, arms crossed.“I don’t know... Last time we had a sleepover, you made out with six guys, Daisy.”

Daisy snorted, shameless as ever.“Yeah, and? It was worth it.”

“This is different,”Peach said firmly.“No guys. Just us girls. I know you, Daisy. What exactly are you planning?”

Daisy’s smirk only grew.“Don’t worry your pretty little crown about it, Peach. I’m just tryna help a sad, single girl have the best night of her life.”

Palutena chuckled, clearly entertained.“I like where this is going.”

Zelda and Isabelle remained blissfully unaware of whatever mischief Daisy was brewing, while Rosalina just sighed again.

Peach, still suspicious, eventually relented with a tired sigh.“...Fine. But if this turns into chaos, I’m blaming you.”

Meanwhile, at her place...

She stood in front of the bathroom mirror, toothbrush in hand, trying to shake off the lingering sadness. Eyes slightly puffy from earlier tears, she wiped her face, inhaling deeply. It wasn’t easy, being alone while everyone else seemed to have someone.

Just as she was about to head to bed, her phone buzzed. A call from Peach.

Peach’s gentle voice came through.“Hey, sweetie... I need you to do me a favor. Go open your front door.”

Confused, she furrowed her brows but made her way downstairs. As she turned the doorknob and pulled the door open, she was met with the sight of six familiar faces—Peach, Daisy, Rosalina, Zelda, Palutena, and Isabelle—all standing there, holding bags of snacks, movies, and drinks.

Daisy, standing proudly in front, threw her arms out.“Surprise, babe! We’re havin’ a sleepover, and you ain’t got no say in it!”

Peach offered an apologetic smile, but there was warmth in her eyes.“We thought you could use some company.”

Isabelle beamed. “We brought board games and cookies!”

Palutena lifted a pack of beer with a teasing grin.“And I brought something stronger.”

Daisy nudged her playfully, winking.“C’mon, girl, we got snacks, drinks, movies, and six hot ladies all here just for you. You really gonna say no to that?”

She stood there, overwhelmed but unable to stop the small, genuine smile forming on her lips. Maybe... just maybe, tonight wouldn’t be so bad after all.
