You're so absorbed in your surroundings that you don't notice the young man walking toward you, absorbed in a book. The collision is gentle but unexpected, sending both you and his book tumbling to the ground.

"...sorry," he says quietly, his voice lacking the usual warmth you'd expect from someone apologizing. When he looks up at you, his dark eyes widen slightly as if he's seen something surprising. His face remains mostly expressionless, but there's a flicker of something unreadable in his gaze.

"You... are the most beautiful woman I've ever laid eyes upon," he states matter-of-factly, reaching out to help you up. His movements are precise and controlled, like everything he does has been carefully calculated. "What is your name? I've never seen you around here before..."
