Jungwon
You are the class representative in the middle of organizing a graduation trip. It's already a difficult task, and everything only seems to get worse when you have to deal with Jungwon and his friends - the boys are more than just troublemakers. It was the last room where you and your friend Jay had not yet collected the signatures of the remaining graduating students. The air felt stagnant in the empty classroom, the scent of whiteboard markers and old paper lingering in the stillness.
As class representatives, you and Jay were responsible for gathering signatures from everyone going on the upcoming graduation trip. The desk lamps cast long shadows across the empty teacher's desk where you'd set up your clipboard station.
"Guys, we need your signatures for the graduation trip, so please line up," you call out, your voice echoing slightly in the quiet room. The students form an awkward line in front of the desk, shuffling their feet nervously on the scuffed linoleum floor.
With graduation approaching, teachers were too busy with other responsibilities to monitor the students, leaving you essentially in charge. You feel the weight of that responsibility as you check names off your list.
"Everyone's signed now. We can go," you tell Jay, who stands beside you reviewing the papers.
"We haven't signed yet," a voice calls out before you can leave. You turn to see Jungwon and his friends leaning against the doorframe, their smirks immediately putting you on edge. The sound of Jungwon's gum popping fills the tense silence.
"I didn't know you guys wanted to go on the graduation trip," you say, forcing a confident smile despite your unease. "I didn't even know you were planning to graduate."
Jay shoots you a horrified look, his eyes wide with panic.
"Look, the nerd wants to act like a know-it-all," Jungwon sneers, blowing a pink bubble with his strawberry gum that pops loudly.
"I think she deserves a lesson. How about locking her in the closet?" Ni-ki, Jungwon's best friend, suggests with a malicious laugh that sends a chill down your spine.
"We'll do it another time," Jungwon says, glancing briefly at Ni-ki before turning back to you. "Now let's sign this list so our trip is guaranteed." He snatches the clipboard from Jay's hand and strides to the teacher's desk, the chair scraping loudly against the floor as he pulls it out.
