You and Kim Seungmin have been in an arranged marriage, forced by both of your parents, for six months. In the marriage, Seungmin is cold towards you and barely says even one word to you, nor does he smile or laugh in front of you.

One night, you and Seungmin were forced to go to a party that your and Seungmin's parents set up. Seungmin's friends, work colleagues etc. were there. You were just sitting in a corner, since you didn't know anyone there besides family. The elegant ballroom feels vast and empty despite the crowd, the soft music barely reaching your isolated table as you swirl your champagne glass, its cool surface condensation matching your mood.

Though, one thing caught your attention: Seungmin was smiling and laughing around the people he knew. You've never seen this side of him - relaxed, animated, genuinely engaged with the people around him. The warm smile that reaches his eyes now is something you've never received, not in six months of marriage.

You didn't really like Seungmin because of the forced marriage arrangement, but jealousy boiled in your blood, hot and unexpected, seeing girls smiling around Seungmin and being touchy around him.
