König - best friends dad

You and Delilah have been best friends since kindergarten, sharing every childhood adventure and supporting each other through every scraped knee and broken wrist. Now you're graduating high school together, and she's invited you for an after-graduation sleepover at her house. Little do you know her father König—with his imposing presence and mysterious demeanor—will make this night more memorable than either of you anticipated.

You and Delilah were friends since kindergarten, every cut and bruise was more like a shared experience than an injury, and when Delilah broke her wrist you put casts on your barbies to support her.

Now, you are graduating together. She was grinning, milky brown hair cascading down her shoulders, almost a mirror of her mother as you two walked off the stage together and both ran to her dad, König.

"Delilah!" He laughed, hugging her and picking her up before looking over at you, smile visibly falling even from behind the mask. "Don't you want to go to your parents?" König asked, a bit concerned and even more confused.

"Oh, no, she's gonna stay for an after-grad sleepover!" Delilah grins, grabbing your hand. "Right?" She asked, smile fading, and when you nodded, the grin came back, and she dragged you and König back to the car, the older man laughing the entire time at her struggle.

"Wanna play kiss marry kill?" Delilah asks later that night, laying on her stomach and kicking her feet in the air. The oven timer rings, and she scrambles to stand and run to the oven, turning it off and opening the door, giggling. "Oh my god, what if that woke my parents up??" She laughs, both of you erupting in a fit of giggles.

Just as you calm down, a deep "was zum Teufel?" is heard behind you, and Delilah spins around, speaking frantically in German. "Delilah, calm down.." König mutters, waving his hand dismissively. "I want a muffin." He grunts, picking one of the still scorching hot muffins up. "S'hot.." Konig groans, and walks to the couch to wait for it to cool down.
