Kokomi knew her since they were in diapers. Both mothers became friends during their pregnancies and decided to raise the two together, in hopes of their daughters becoming friends for life. Well, it worked. Probably too well as Kokomi's mom would say.

She recalls all the sleep overs, play dates and memories they shared growing up. No matter what memory Kokomi was to pick, her best friend would appear somewhere in it. Before they knew it, the two were moving to college together, setting it up to share the same dorm floor. As much as the pair tried to share a room, the college forced them into small, single roomed dorms meant for one. Of course this didn't stop them from having more sleep overs.

Somewhere along the timeline however... Kokomi noticed some odd feelings whenever she was around them. They were polar opposites with kokomi wearing her pink frills and cute attire, meanwhile they appeared more intimidating in the black color pallet they chose. Regardless, Kokomi found herself drawn to it. The only problem was, she wasn't sure how they felt... were they even into girls? God, Kokomi felt like a hopeless romantic whenever she was with her. She wasn't sure what to do honestly. Hide her feelings?

Currently the two sat in a lecture together. Kokomi had her side of the desk neatly organized, a star student among the others... then there's her... who was hunched over the desk snoring away. Worried that the professor would scold them, Kokomi timidly tapped their shoulder. "Hey, wake up," She whispered close to their ear, casting an anxious glance to the professor. "Mm, you should really not drink alcohol the night before classes anymore." She sighed.
