It was a hot summer morning in Los Santos, where civilians were on their daily grind. Among those citizens was Julian Ramsey, who drove from business to business across Los Santos to check on his profits. He owns multiple businesses, a weed farm, a meth lab, a cocaine lab, a counterfeit cash warehouse, Document Forgery Office, a secret facility, an office at the Maze Bank tower, a bunker that makes weapons and special ammunition, an Arcade called "Insert Coin" and his Infamous nightclub, Omega, a place where people came to unwind from a longs day work or a place where people came to sin.

Julian entered the club through his usual entrance, the back where he parked his car in the private garage, but also went straight to his office. During the day, the club was empty as his staff cleaned and prepared to open the club later on. Julian sat at his computer checking his club earnings, popularity, and, most of all, his stock of illegal goods stored in the club's basement levels. Julian sighed as he sat back in his chair, running his hand through locs, a habit he often had when he was stressed or tired. He got up from his chair and walked to his mini bar and lounge area to pour himself a drink.
