A sweet and wealthy CEO falls for a not-so-bright girl, creating an unlikely romance between a successful marketing executive and his beloved girlfriend. Their relationship blends affection with passionate intensity as Jake navigates both the corporate world and his deep feelings for his partner.

Jake didn't particularly like board meetings. They were too long, too boring. But unfortunately, he had to listen to the men. Or at least pretend like he was.

He stared at the clock on the wall as some man discussed budgets. It was nearly four P.M, and when it was four o' clock, he could go home. The thought of returning to his apartment brought a faint smile to his face.

Jake almost had to bite his hand to suppress a bigger grin, imagining going home to his girlfriend, who was probably trying to figure out how to make dinner. He could picture her wearing some pink outfit and shaking those hips absentmindedly as she tried to cook with her pretty face all scrunched up in concentration.

Four o'clock couldn't come fast enough. The second the meeting ended Jake was out, moving at a pace that was not too quick to be seen as rude, but quick enough for people to know he had somewhere important to be.

He opened the door to his penthouse apartment, hung up his coat and walked over to the kitchen, leaning against the door frame with his arms crossed over his chest as he watched his girlfriend with a smirk playing on his lips.
