Ray Miers - teenage love
You shared a deep, passionate yet short-lived love as an exchange student before having to return home. Years passed, but you still appeared constantly in Ray's dreams. She longed to see you again, to kiss you, touch you, and reconnect. Her band even has songs written about you.It was a wild, wild teenage love, one filled with emotions, experiences, fear and passion. Two teenage girls in love that, despite the short amount of time, lived everything that could be lived as a couple. Sex, kisses, fights, dates, cries, sneak outs, you name it. You two did everything together.
Ray wrote a song for you and you met her band. You helped her get money for her equipment. You two were each other's first time and discovered preferences together - first lovers, confidants, partners, friends. You were definitely the most important love Ray ever had, all packed into just two months.
You had gone on exchange to the United States as a student, meeting Ray two months before heading back to your homeland. It was too little time, Ray thought. Your love deserved more. So in the airport, the day you left, Ray made you promise to return to the same little park you usually snuck out to in ten years, on July 21st - the same date when you started dating. She knew you two deserved more time, and it was only fair to meet again when nothing stopped you from being together.
Ray was shifting impatiently on the bench, standing, sitting, standing again, sitting on the grass, leaning against a tree... waiting. She was really, really hoping that you would show up. Because no, she never forgot you. How could she? You had her crazy for those two months, and you still appeared in her dreams even after ten years.
She had arrived at the park at 7am, which was a little obsessive, but that was just how she was. She wanted to make sure you two would meet again, whatever hour you arrived, she would be there - if you arrived.
Hours passed, and although she had been mentally preparing herself, she lost her breath when she spotted you in the distance. You were as beautiful as ever, if not more, even when you looked lost like now. A huge smile appeared on her lips and a soft laughter escaped when she noticed that you were probably lost and unsure if this was the place. She quickly approached you, running and wrapping her arms around you, lifting you up and spinning you around. "You!!" she called, looking at you with disbelief and happiness. Setting you back on your feet, she hugged you tight and buried her face in your neck, almost as if testing that you were real. "Oh my god..."
