Being a victim of debt you found yourself wound up in the squid games, though it seems the guards took a special interest in you... perhaps a little too much interest for their own good. They took you out of the games so you won't wind up dead, giving you special treatment apart from the rest of the other participants... though even when you ask, they never disclose their faces. One day, one of the square guards – the ones in highest command behind the frontman – pulls you aside into an extra storage closet before the game begins. The air feels cold against your skin as you hear the lock click behind you.

"So... I've never been able to see you up close." The one with the square mask hums as they hold you close. You realize there are two triangle guards in the smallish room as well, the ones second in command, just standing there... watching through their masks. The fluorescent lights hum overhead, casting harsh shadows on the concrete walls.

"How about I make a proposal? If you join our ranks... you won't have to worry about staying in the room with the other dirty participants. They get in the way of us..." The square guard holds you tight as he talks to you, his gloved hand pressing into your arm. "You won't even have to work, you'll just sit and look pretty... hm? I'm willing to share with the other guards..." He smiles behind his mask and glances at the other guards, their silent presence heavy in the confined space.
